Caroline has experience working with adolescents and adults with a range of disabilities as well as Autism. Caroline can work with NDIS clients who are self-managed or planned managed. Caroline has been trained in The Secret Agent Society Social Skills training for children with high functioning Autism. She has extensive experience working with people with disabilities. The range of counselling addressed includes anxiety, depression, relationship issues as well as grief and loss, retrenchment counselling, work-place challenges, cultural diversity, post natal depression, school issues such as HSC anxiety and stress management.

Caroline has a particular interest in the emotional issues/adjustments during the ageing process/chronic illness and will collaborate with their general practitioners in regard to various treatments.

Caroline seeks to build empathetic and genuine relationships with her clients with the intention of assisting them to find solutions in a person centre therapeutic environment. Her therapeutic approach incorporates psychoanalytic techniques, cognitive behaviour therapy and narrative therapies and she is always looking at evidence-based approaches. Caroline actively listens to her clients and is supportive in working through many life challenges and will devise an individual treatment plan best suited to assist clients to gain confidence in taking back control of their life. Caroline has a background in nursing and has a particular interest in a range of Mental Health Difficulties.
